Meditation and Movement is a 60-minute class offered once a week in 5–6 weeks sessions. Participants will learn breathing techniques and body postures that promote quiet prayer, physical fitness and a deeper awareness of God in daily life. Classes are taught by parishioner, Gail Rowe, RYT.
